The original Christmas recipes salads
The most famous new year salad, of course, Olivier. But, because tradition is good because you can adjust and diversify.
Salads are an indispensable ingredient of any holiday table. Instead of the traditional “Olivier” and “Herring under a fur coat” you can try more useful and original recipes.
This is a beautiful, unusual, nourishing and tasty salad for new year’s table.
½ Cup long-grain rice.

The cooking process:
Boil the rice in salted water until tender. It needs to be loose.

Grate carrots on a coarse grater, fry it in vegetable oil.

Top make chamomile thus: petals – protein from the eggs, chopped straw. The middle of the flower is yolk, grated on a grater. Salad decorate top with dill.
Salad with chicken and oranges
The original recipe salad with toasted almonds and oranges – a beautiful decoration of the Christmas table.
250 g of lettuce leaves.
2 tbsp of wine vinegar.
3 tbsp vegetable oil.
350 g smoked chicken.
50 g of roasted almonds.
The cooking process:
Wash the lettuce leaves. As in the previous recipe, we spread them on the bottom of a deep dish.
Parse the oranges into slices, remove the veins and also spread on a plate.
The juice that stood out when it is collected in a Cup and add to vinegar.
Cut chicken into pieces. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces, mix well.
Exposed to cold for 2 hours.
Place the chicken in the dish with the salad, pour the dressing and orange juice.
Before serving, sprinkle with grated almonds.
Original salad with cod liver
1 can (250 gr.) cod liver.
4 tbsp canned green peas.
1 large carrot.
100 g of hard cheese.
A few feathers green onions.
100 g low-fat mayonnaise.
Method of preparation:
Cook carrots and eggs, cleaned.
Detachable from eggs yolks and whites.
Cod liver oil is well kneaded with a spoon or fork.
Egg whites, cheese and carrots separately grate on a coarse grater.
Green onions finely chop.
