Help! I received a damaged item and having difficulty finding a resolution with your team.

Hi there - I bought baking dishes from your website and it didn’t ship for two weeks (after the estimated arrival date) and when it did arrive, one of the dishes was damaged. Your customer support takes anywhere from two days to two weeks to respond. Can I just please have a refund? These dishes were packed without any packing paper inside of their boxes! No surprise they were damaged on delivery!
