When we partnered with Costa Nova to create the dinnerware of our dreams, well, that was just the half of it. We also had pie pans waiting in the wings, and oh, are they good. Just like the dishes they pair up with, they’re made of recycled clay scraps, which is hard to find outside of small ceramics studios. Each has satin-smooth glaze with a ruffled edge to show off the hand-finished, exposed rim.
